Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if you are not, we accept returns of eligible items and issue replacements under the following guidelines:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Must be in the original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• To complete your return, please provide proof of purchase.

• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
   

TO START A RETURN: 

• Contact us at mamatoki@mamatokis.com to initiate your return.

• Once your return is received, it will be inspected for eligibility.

• If approved, a refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging. There are also no returns on sale items - All sale items and orders are final.

• If your item arrives damaged, you will follow our refund process. Please provide clear images and/or videos of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. 

• Once we verify the damage, we can issue a replacement or partial refund based on the circumstances.

• Damaged items must be returned for inspection prior to replacement.

• Include images and/or videos for damaged products.

• Once your return is received, it will be inspected for eligibility.

• We will refund the shipping cost of returned damaged products.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
