• Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

​We offer standard shipping options, typically taking 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping options and estimated arrival dates will be shown at checkout, depending on your selected shipping method.

SHIPPING COSTS:
We have a flat rate shipping cost of $11.99 on most items. Additional fees may apply for larger or specialized shipments.
 

IMPORTANT NOTES:​

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping charge of $11.99 will apply.

• If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

To ensure the highest level of quality and security:

• All orders are subject to fraud and security checks.

• If additional verification is needed, we may request proof of identity and/or address.

• If verification fails, we offer two options:

  1. Reprocess the order with a certified payment form (e.g., Venmo or CashApp).

  2. Cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
